50+ developers who have shipped real products
Since 2006, we have been a team first. No freelancer marketplaces, no random contractors from a spreadsheet. Everyone here has worked together before, and that shows in how projects actually run.
The people who run things
Two people at the top, both technical. If something goes wrong on a project, these are the people you talk to.
Valentin started Valant in 2006 as a developer, and he is still technical today. He oversees architecture decisions, client relationships, and the overall direction of the company. If you have a complex project and want to talk to someone who actually understands code, he is your person. Based in New York.
LinkedInVictoria handles everything on the business side: new clients, partnerships, proposals, and making sure the projects that come in are actually a good fit for what we do well. She knows the tech stack well enough to have honest conversations about scope and budget. Based in Alicante, Spain.
LinkedInWho does the actual work
These are examples of the kind of specialists on the team right now. We keep last names off this page on purpose — we have had situations where clients tried to poach developers directly, and we would rather avoid that.
Real roles, real people. First names only — both sides are comfortable with that.
Need to scale fast? We have a bench.
Beyond our core team, we maintain a vetted talent pool of developers who have worked with us before. Not random freelancers. People we know, whose code we have reviewed, whose delivery we have seen. When a project needs to go from 3 to 8 engineers in two weeks, that is where we pull from.
Talk about your projectHow the team fits into your project
Four ways clients usually work with us. All of them include a PM and direct Slack access to the developers.
Dedicated team
You get a fixed group of engineers, a PM, and a designer. They work only on your product. You manage priorities, we handle HR, tools, and delivery.
Project-based
We scope it, price it, build it. Works well for defined features, redesigns, or integrations. Fixed budget, clear timeline, no hourly surprises.
Staff augmentation
You already have a dev team but need one or two more people. We embed them into your workflow: your tools, your standups, your codebase.
Tech audit + rescue
Something went wrong with a previous team. We review the codebase, identify what is salvageable, and give you an honest plan for what fixing it actually takes.
Things people usually ask about the team
Will I work with the same developers throughout?
Yes. Team continuity is something we are strict about. Rotating people mid-project is how bugs appear and context gets lost. Once your team is set, it stays set.
What time zones do your developers work in?
The core team is in Ukraine and Spain, so UTC+1 to UTC+3. US and UK clients get 4 to 6 hours of daily overlap. For US West Coast, we can adjust schedules.
Can I talk directly to the developers?
Yes. You get Slack access to the team from day one. There is also a PM for coordination, but direct communication with engineers is always fine.
How quickly can you start?
Usually one to two weeks from signed contract to first sprint. Larger teams from the talent pool take two to three weeks to assemble.
Do you have experience in my industry?
455+ projects across e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, healthcare, fintech, marketplaces, and media. Ask us directly. We will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
What if I only need one developer?
That works. A lot of clients start with one person and scale up. Minimum is usually 20 hours per week so the communication overhead makes sense for both sides.
